Inside every Puddles Pet Wash resides a color touch screen panel that allows the owner or technician to:
- Monitor and operate the function of every Pet Wash, bill validator, coin mechanism, sensors, motors or pumps.
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot all aspects of the machine.

In addition to the Puddles Remote Management system there is an optional alarm function so in the unlikely event that there is a problem, the system will send a text with a specific alarm which aids in a faster resolution.
